Care Instructions

Wow, great job on investing in our hypoallergenic products! Just a quick tip: to optimize the life of your memory foam, avoid washing it in the machine. However, no worries! You can still easily wash the machine-washable pillows for an extra fresh and clean feel. For healthy and allergy-free bedding, we recommend washing pillowcases every 2-4 months, or more frequently for those with sensitive allergies. Remember to follow the Care Instructions for your products, as taking care of your bedding is one of the easiest ways to transform your sleeping experience!

For optimal results, refer to our Care Instructions. Our products are easy to wash by machine or by hand. Be sure to give your pillows a cold wash with like colors. Remove them promptly after washing, and do not iron. Our Care Instructions also advise against dry cleaning and bleaching, as these methods can damage the products.

Washing Tips:

  • Use non-bleach detergent.
  • Gentle wash
  • Lay down the product flat in the sun for drying purposes.
  • Keep the dryer on low while washing covers.
  • Gentle hand wash is preferred for memory foam with mild and lukewarm water.

When to Replace:

Prior to any washing process, make sure to read the Care Instructions provided with the product. Frequent washing might not be suitable for bamboo, as it shrinks faster than cotton. Even though we offer life-lasting products, it’s important to know when to replace your pillows and mattresses.
Here’s a quick experiment to determine if it’s time for a replacement: take your pillow, fold it in half, and then release it. If the pillow opens back to its original shape, it’s still in usable condition. However, if it remains folded without moving, then it might be time to consider buying a new one. Remember, following the Care Instructions can help extend the life of your bedding!

Regular Rotation:

To prevent uneven wear, it’s essential to rotate your mattress every 3 to 6 months. This helps distribute weight and pressure evenly across the surface, prolonging its lifespan. If your mattress is double-sided, flipping it can also help maintain its shape and comfort.

 Cleaning Stains Promptly:

Accidents happen, so it’s important to clean stains as soon as they occur. Blot the area with a clean, damp cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid soaking the mattress and do not rub the fabric, as this can damage the fibers. For deeper cleaning, consult the care instructions specific to your mattress type.
