Do I really need a new mattress?

We recommend changing your mattress at least once every seven years. We also advise our customers to turn their mattresses every few weeks. If your mattress is less than seven years old but you’re still uncomfortable while in bed, consider adding one of our cooling mattresses.

Is your mattress packaging kind to the environment?

Cloudy Sleep is a responsible supplier of mattresses and mattress toppers that prioritise the well-being of both our customers and Planet Earth. We use a selection of environmentally friendly packaging materials that deliver durability and protection without spending centuries in landfill. The majority of our packaging materials are made with Raft paper.

Can I recycle the mattress packaging?

One of the reasons we use Kraft paper for packaging is because it’s 100% recyclable. It’s also free from chemicals and bleaches. The cellulose fibers within the paper are easily biodegradable, so you can sleep even more soundly in the knowledge that you’re being kind to the environment.

How does the 10-year warranty work?

Our 10-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects or significant wear, ensuring your mattress lasts for years.

What sizes are available?

We offer mattresses in all standard sizes, from single to super king. Custom sizes may also be available upon request.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not satisfied, you can return your mattress within 100 nights for a full refund—no questions asked.
